I am Rusi Dzhorgov and I have fallen in love with the art of bodybuilding. Over the past four years I have read, watched, and listened to many people in order to expand my knowledge of bodybuilding and reach my dream. There are many figures in the lifting/sports industry, and millions of men and women follow and listen to these people through the peoples' YouTube channels. Unfortunately, not all of these idols are genuine. With my experience in lifting over the last four years along with my knowledge of these people and their channels, I will critique their channels, the people themselves, their advice, if the person is natural or not, and their objectives.
